Nature in need of a lawyer

Pro bono legal advice to individuals, initiatives and organizations which are commited to the nonviolent preservation of the environment / natural heritage on a local, nationwide  or international level.

In these days, the environment also has a need for an attorney. The conservation of nature should not fail because of environmental initiatives and / or environmental organizations not knowing the rights available for the protection of nature, or because they cannot afford to pay for legal advice and/or because the opposite side is represented by highly qualified lawyers.

Furthermore, it is intended to ensure the (criminal) legal defense of persons who are nonviolently committed to protect the environment.
